The thing you wish you'd said. The choice you didn't make. Maybe it's a moment you're living right now.
I can think of parenting moments during which I wish I had spoken more gently. Hugged first. And I sometimes wonder about the job I didn't take. The condo I didn't buy. The marriage proposal I wish had never been said.

Here's a very simple meditation you can use for any do-over you'd like. Or all of them!
You can vary it each time you use it & change how long it takes, whether or not anyone or any spirit guides are with you, where you go, etc.
Here's the meditation: you imagine that you are stepping into an enchanted elevator. When you reach the ground level & the doors open, you'll step out into a moment you'd like to change.
Does it Really Matter?
I believe it does!
You get to experience that moment the way you wish it had happened, and your subconscious won't know the difference, so it is almost like creating a new memory. It may even help to heal the old one.
You also get to practice new behavior, and lean into your best self. You may find that it changes what happens next in your day. Or your life, in general.
