The Problem with Feelings
And it's normal for you to push them away and try to avoid them. But the truth is that if you acknowledge them and open your heart to healing them, you will free (and lighter) and possibilities will open up that you didn't know were near you.
First Step: Try to Identify Your Feelings
If you're not sure, tale a moment to get quiet, wherever you are, and take a few deep breaths so that you can relax even more deeply. Once you are feeling relaxed, ask yourself what you've been feeling.
Next Step: Heal the Pain
