How to Add Essential Oils
to Your Daily Ritual
Here are several ways you might try adding essential oils to your daily healing ritual…
Take a look at the list of those feelings you identified last week and use it to choose a few essential oils you want to use for healing. Then, put the list away for a month or so.
Each day, several times a day, uncap one of the bottles and take a whiff or two. Or put a drop on a cotton ball & put it in a Ziploc bag and open it several times a day.
If you want to add it to a ritual you do already, you might add a drop of one of the oils to a tealight candle.
Another idea would be to inhale it or put a drop into lotion and rub it in to the bottom of your feet right before you go to bed.
