When I was younger, I had a bad habit of clenching my stomach muscles when I felt stressed. But I don't mean for five minutes. I mean, an hour later, my stomach would really hurt, and it would occur to me that I'd been holding it in.
Or, sometimes, it would be my lower back. That one still gets me. I have no conscious awareness of doing anything to it that would make it hurt, but after a stressful interaction of some kind, I often notice its hurting.
Where does stress hurt you?
What I want to encourage you to do is stop & heal it before it gets converted into some kind of pain or discomfort. If you are willing to acknowledge what you're feeling, and trust that you will be able to soothe away or heal away that negative energy, it might not go into hiding and surface later in a way that's not so easy to handle.
Here are a few healing rituals you can try. See if they help. If they do, I'd love for you to let me know.
Once you feel complete with this process, take each crystal & hold them under running water for a moment, clearing them of negative energy & giving yourself a final moment to say goodbye. After this ritual, do something fun to facilitate a final shift into feeling better.
An Hour-Long Stress Relief Ritual
For really difficult days, write everything that happened into your journal & then, sink into a delicious bath so you soak your stress away. Use a soothing scent like lavender, or a combo like bergamot & rose, and picture all of your stress going down the drain when your bath is over.
I've created lots of healing or letting go rituals, and guided meditations you can use. If these help, you might like to try more?

Love to you!
